Outdoor Foundation
To install a padel court outdoors, a floor construction made of a 50-80cm deep steel-reinforced concrete strip foundation is required, and on a playing area of 10x20m, a floor structure with a minimum of 40cm of compacted gravel and a water-permeable base layer of drainage asphalt is required to achieve optimal vertical drainage of the playing area.
In Austria, we have partners who are happy to carry out such foundation work for you.
Foundation work offer conditions/calculation basis:
Double court: outdoor facility internal dimensions 10x20m, foundation width 40cm, foundation depth 60cm
- Setting up and clearing the construction site
- Excavation area, excavation foundation and disposal, assuming that it is excavated soil that is suitable for disposal in a soil excavation landfill (no construction waste, residual materials, contaminants, foreign soil substances, etc.).
- Formwork according to the plan specifications
- Reinforcement foundation
- Empty pipes for lighting, ⌀ 50mm roll with 50m delivery and installation.
- Concrete C 25/30 XC1 GK16 F45
- Install and compact base layer(s)
- Drainage asphalt grain size max. 8mm
- Roller compaction
- Install and compact simple gravel base layer in the run-off area approx. 1.5m wide x 4m long
Guide price for 1 court: approx. EUR 35,000 – 38,000 + VAT.
